SUCCESS DEFINITION

Everybody we want to success in life. Say, what we mean to success. Is there any personal definition of success? We want to be successful, if we do not become successful, we feel sad. However, we do not even think about what is the definition of success. If we ask anyone” what is success?” He may answer in the way that success definition is getting happiness, prosperity, freedom, friendship, mental peace and expected things. Nevertheless, this definition is not clear to us. If we see the dictionary about the meaning of success, we also find that there is a different meaning of success in the dictionary. Sometimes, it's written in dictionary that success means getting circumstances in favor of someone. Another meaning is getting famous and prosperity. That means you are not getting the perfect definition of success.

                                     Then what we think, success is a dark matter or not clear to us. No, this is not true. The simple meaning of success is “success is a self matter.” Everyone of us should define success on his own life's situation. What is defining success in one person's life, another person’s life that may define a complete failure? Therefore, we can say that success is completely a personal matter. There is no general definition of success.

                                       How can we define personal success? If we want to do this, first we must understand the personal factors on which success depends on. Now we can analyze these personal factors.

                                         1) Age: When you grow up the meaning of success is changing year by year. What is the meaning of success to sixteen years old boy? He means success as getting huge money, freedom, Play in a cricket or football team, be a film star. Thirty years old person defines success as –free opportunity to develop in job, buy a car and land, admit kids into a good school and lead a happy marriage life. At sixty years old, retired person, think of successful change in him. Kids become established, be a grandpa, fixed deposit money in bank, practice religion.

                                         2) Family environment: Family’s heritage and environment are a great factor to define success definition. One-person’s success judges by his family values, heritage, religion and hopefulness. Which work respect by a family, same work does not respect by another family and define it as a failure in life. One family values education qualifies as a great thing and another family values games and sports. Through family values, success definition also enters into kids mind. Before a child’s birth, this process starts. Parents start to imagine   about kid’s future.  What will become in future? Afterbirth of children, this process (concept of success) starts working on children mind and brain. The parents who imagine that their kids will be a doctor, and then they gift kid’s doctors toy to play. When the children play with the toy, their parents become happy. They inspire the kid. This happiness becomes sad when parents saw that their kids want to play football or draw pictures. Parents may not forbid it, but they do not inspire it. This way parents secretly influence kids.

                                         If kids get prize on sports or dancing completion, parents become happy. If kids do not get any prize, then parents ignore them. Kids think winning a prize is the only way to get parents love. Otherwise, they fall into danger.

                                         Firstly, all kids tries to make their parents happy. They want recognition from their parents. If they do not get the recognition, they become frustrated. If the parents forced the children to follow parents will, then a revolt creates in the child's mind against parents. Then we see that what parents order to do kids, kids are enjoying doing against parents order. Then the definition of success before parents and kids, goes to two sides.  This way Generation’s gap creates in families. If we do not get anything in our boyhood, we buy it for our kids. As a mother of a drunken father’s kid thinks that” I brought up in a bad condition. Therefore, my son has never faced that. What I did not get from my drunken father, my kids can get it from me fully.”

                                         3) Socioeconomic condition: A man’s socioeconomic condition is an important factor to on which a man evaluates his success definition. Huge money and consumer goods is the parameter to a poor boy. He always thinks that which product he did not buy in his life, if he buys it for his kids then he becomes successful in life. On the other hand, a boy who, born in a rich family never to think for his livelihood, he wants to find meaning of success through cultural and humanitarian activities.

                                      4) Mental strength: It mostly depends on a man’s mental structure on which he can define success. His character, his inner life, relationship with relatives, mental health with a mix of all things mental fitness creates. The man who loves praise and affection, if he gets it, then he will become happier than getting huge money. The person, who wants to live in alone, he cannot happy in-group success. He will be happy only on his group success.

                                                    Our success parameter fully depends on our life’s different circumstances. Therefore, you define your success.

                                               Conflict between these factors and other factors create a self-idea on our success.

                                                    You are a unique and complex character person. Now, how can you define your success definition? It will controlled by these factors. You, the unique characteristic created by these factors and combination between other factors. So only, you can decide on what ground you are happy. Others cannot do this.
